Haupia Pie, a traditional Hawaiian dessert, was brought to my attention last year by a dear friend returning from Hawaii. It's one of her favorites, so for her birthday this year... she got it!
A graham cracker crust, filled with a layer of coconut custard and a layer of chocolate coconut custard- topped with whipped cream and toasted coconut!
And to quote her directly, "(it was) Orgasmic!!!"
