Surfboard!

Commissioned by a friend to make his 26th Birthday, he requested a surfboard cake!
This is the result: a vanilla cake with chocolate mousse filling and vanilla buttercream covering the exterior. Very yummy!

1st Birthday!

Commissioned to make a 1st Birthday cake! The party theme was a garden party.

Orange Ginger Vegan Cookies

Was having a little New Year fun! These came out REALLY well! They are vegan and are made with homemade apple sauce, cinnamon, and freshly grated ginger! The icing is made with freshly squeezed orange juice and zest.

Nick Sale!

Almost forgot, we set up a little table at the Nickelodeon craft sale!

We took orders, sold slices and whole pies, and also gave away free samples!!
It worked out really well!

2007 Pie Sale!

The Thanksgiving Pie Sale 2007 went SO well!! Thanks to all who purchased and supported us! In total we sold 35 pies!
We are taking a breather until 2008 ... getting ready for Valentine's Day!!

this first chocolate box was my practice, but it came out much better than the second one below...

this second box was graded... wasnt too happy with the outcome... didnt have enough time...

stef's bday!

My friend stef had her birthday dinner at an Indian restaurant, so I made some chocolate cupcakes and decorated them with a white piece of fondant and some pipping with leftover chocolate cassis filling from the chocolates i made earlier that week... check them out!
